We believe that your paid miles should more closely reflect your real trip miles.  "Practical Miles" are more accurate than "Short Miles" commonly used in the industry.  Practical Miles are approximately 4% higher than Short Miles (the equivalent of $0.015 to $0.02/mile).  What does that mean for you? This means that you will get paid MORE miles each week and see more money on every paycheck.

Compensation – current pay scale
(based on miles for each load/order):

• 0 – 299 miles:         $0.43/practical mile
• 300 – 449 miles:     $0.41/practical mile
• 450 – 599 miles:     $0.39/practical mile
• Over 600 miles:      $0.37/practical mile
