And cardio isn't always easy to fit in (literally) if you're stuck in your truck or there's no safe place to get a jog/walk in. Resistance training is where it's at, and it's much easier to complete in a contained space.
Grab some motivation. Dust off your sneaks. And find some good workout tunes.
