The tips in this article are enough to encourage you to get after fitness again. Plus, they de-bunk some preconceived notions you may have (like you don't have to do a ton of cardio to lose weight - yesssss!).

And cardio isn't always easy to fit in (literally) if you're stuck in your truck or there's no safe place to get a jog/walk in. Resistance training is where it's at, and it's much easier to complete in a contained space.
