  • We value your input. Happy drivers are the lifeblood of our company, so it is imperative to have driver input in every decision we make. From formal driver surveys to weekly “pulse-taking” phone calls, we take the time to hear your compliments and concerns.

A number of our staff are former drivers themselves and can easily relate to and understand your experience on the road. On top of that, we also provide monthly trainings for our driver managers to help them understand the driver perspective on any issue.

  • We are public with our appreciation. Driver Appreciation Week in September is a special celebration here at Nussbaum that often includes gifts, gatherings, and other surprises. But we don’t limit our gratitude to a single week; we are always on the lookout for outstanding efforts so we can recognize individual performance when a driver goes above and beyond.
